Quick Mask

Here is a "Quick Mask" I attempted after reading about it in the book.

Mask HW

Not really sure why this is side ways, but this is my Mask assignment. I used a photo from when I was in Nice, France, along with a photo of a drink I ordered in LA on Sunset Blvd.

Hue/Saturation

I used this photo to experiment with the Hue & Saturation features. It really made this photo come alive, and I was able to pull out all the beautiful blue & green tones.

Joy

This photo was for Homework 4. Blending, color balance, etc. I named this photo "Joy" because everything in this photo brings joy: children, the beautiful ocean, and love.

Duo Tone in Florence

This is the photo I chose to use for duo tone. I cut out the bird from antoher photo and placed it sitting on the ledge here with the wine. That is the Duomo in the background from my trip to Florence, Italy. I also altered the sky a bit to make it look a little better, adding more depth to the clouds, etc....
